Shipping times vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Lust Performance is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, and carrier delays.
If an order is lost or significantly delayed due to a natural disaster or severe weather, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Customers will receive tracking information upon order fulfilment, and any delivery issues should be reported to both the carrier and Lust Performance as soon as possible.
